Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back into its original compostable packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
